Printable Adult Party Game Pack — 25 Games Sorted by Group Size
A free printable pack of 25 party games curated for UK adult house parties in 2026. Sorted by group size (4-6, 6-10, 10+), energy level (chill / mid / peak), and time of night. Each game has a 3-line rules summary. Print, host, don't look at your phone again.
How to use this pack
Pick 3-5 games from the list based on your group size and vibe. Sequence them across the evening — chill for arrival, mid for warm-up, peak for the main event, chill again for the closer. Print the summary card, keep it in your kitchen, refer as needed.

Arrival / chill games (4-16 people, 0-45 min)
- Would You Rather cards — face-down deck, guests pick + answer while getting a drink. Rules: pick a card, answer honestly, explain why.
- Two Truths and a Lie — each guest shares 3 statements about themselves; others guess the lie.
- Conversation Cards — index cards with softball questions ("song you can't stop replaying?"). Guests swap cards.
- How Well Do You Know Me? — pair-focused. Each pair takes turns asking silly-specific questions.
- Playlist Roulette — everyone drops a song on a shared queue. Party plays them in order.
Warm-up games (4-10 people, 45-90 min)
- Never Have I Ever — 3 fingers up, drink when you have done the thing. Escalating tiers.
- Categories — pick a category (breakfast foods, 80s films). Go round the circle; anyone who repeats or hesitates drinks.
- Word Association — one word each, going round. Hesitate = drink.
- The Alphabet Game — pick a category, then go through A-Z with things in that category (A: apple, B: banana...).
- Best/Worst — one at a time, share the "best" and "worst" of a specific category (dating apps, jobs, meals, holidays).
Peak games — the main event (4-10 people, 45-90 min each)
- Cards Against Humanity — 4-10 players. 45-second answer window. Read out loud. Best 3 wins the round.
- Charades — teams of 3-4. 60-second timer. Team with the most guesses in 8 rounds wins.
- Taboo — team-based. Get your team to guess a word without saying 5 "taboo" words.
- Codenames — 4-8 players in two teams. Cardgame; 20-30 min per round. Best for verbal-first groups.
- Wavelength — teams. One player gives clues on a spectrum (hot ← → cold). Team guesses where on the spectrum.
- Concept — non-verbal. Communicate a concept using icons on a board.
- One Night Ultimate Werewolf — 3-10 players. Social deduction, ~10 min per round.
- Story Cubes — roll 9 dice with icons. Tell a story using all 9 in order.
- Balderdash — 3-8. Bluff definitions to obscure real words.
- The Voting Game — 4-10. Anonymous voting on which player fits each prompt.
Closer games (4-10 people, last hour)
- Truth or Dare (Friends mode) — after midnight rule: truths only. Skew toward friendship-deepening questions.
- Group Storytelling — one sentence each, round the circle, building a story.
- Best of the Night — everyone shares their favourite moment from the evening.
- Weekly Planner Ritual — while together, pick the date for the next party.
- Kitchen Karaoke — Bluetooth speaker + phone lyrics. Rotate 1 song per person.
Drinks + snacks matrix
The best party-game pack pairs with the right refreshments:
- Arrival: one signature cocktail (from a Cocktail Crates box or 3 batched cocktails). Non-drinker options: mocktail from our Mocktail Generator.
- Warm-up: everyone onto beer / wine / prosecco. Set out snacks — 2-3 types, not 10.
- Peak: keep drinks flowing, refill snack bowls. Pizza order at midnight if group's still going.
- Closer: soft drinks, water, one cup of tea, snacks. Nobody drinks their way through the closer.
Common pitfalls
- Trying to explain a 30-minute rules set at 11pm — game dies.
- Assuming everyone knows Cards Against Humanity — some guests won't; explain in 30 seconds anyway.
- Playing drinking games with non-drinkers in the group — plan a non-drinking variant.
- Skipping arrival games — guests are cold for the first hour.
- Trying to hit "peak" games too early — 90 min after arrival is the sweet spot.
Print + share
